  • Program Director- (Permanent Full-time)- Reporting to the Vice President and CNE the Program Director is a clinical leader who works in partnership with a Medical Director to lead a program portfolio of clinical services.   • Regional Manager South East and Central East- Full Time Permanent- As a successful candidate, you will be responsible for supporting people living with ALS (pALS) to navigate the health care and social services systems. You will advocate for pALS, provide ongoing support and information as well as support community fundraising efforts.

  • Registered Nurse- Diabetes Educator- As a member of an inter-disciplinary team, the Registered Nurse Educator provides community-based nursing functions including prevention and management of adult diabetes, participating in the development, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of programs and services for individuals, families and the community that are affected by diabetes.
