Physician – Rideau Community Health Services 

The family physician (MD) is an integral member of the staff of Rideau Community Health Services (RCHS). He/she is also the key member of the primary health care team of RCHS, an interdisciplinary team complementing physicians with nurses, dieticians, respiratory therapist, pharmacist, social worker and chiropodist. Care may be delivered at the Health Centre(s) or in the client’s home. The Physician provides clinical consultation to the Nurse Practitioners and the Nurses. As co-workers, the members of the primary health care team meet regularly to ensure efficient and effective client care through case conferences, updating policies and procedures and peer review.

Quinte Health Care: Patient Services Manager - Intensive Care Unit & Respiratory Therapy 

Reporting to Vice President of his/her portfolio, the Program Director is a corporate clinical program leader who works in partnership with a Medical Director to lead a specific clinical program. The Program Director has accountability for the development, management, evaluation and continuous improvement of quality patient care services. The Program Director provides leadership to a multi-disciplinary team of professionals within the program fostering an environment of learning and individual growth. Other key responsibilities include budget preparations and monitoring, the development of short and long term goals and objectives for the program and implementing corporate goals in conjunction with QHC strategic priorities and standards of care. The critical care element of the portfolio is currently under review.
