Ministry-LHIN Accountability Agreement (MLAA)

Ontario’s 14 local Health Integration Networks (LHINs) through their individual Ministry-LHIN Accountability Agreements are required to sign Certificated of Compliance as part of the General Performance Obligations.

At the South East LHIN, this Certificated of Compliance is completed on the same schedule as the Board of Directors meetings (monthly) and demonstrates the LHIN’s arrangement with appropriate legislation, provincial policies, standards, operating manuals, directives, and guidelines. This is available to the LHIN and is required by the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care.

The MLAA’s:

South East LHIN Certificates of Compliance

The South East LHIN is committed to being open and transparent with its stakeholders and the general public. To support this commitment, our Certificates of Compliance are presented at each one of our Board of Director meetings during the open session. The three most current Certificates of Compliance can be found in the agendas of our Board Meetings.
